1.2. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

7.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Alive AI service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of OriginX AI Technologies and its licensors.
8.1. Alive AI may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9.1. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind.
9.2. Alive AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.
10.1. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.1. Alive AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
